• Clean application eraa with Alcohol or an Astringent.
• With clear accetate in place, Trim desired Mel Tattoo Transfer with scissors.
• remove the clear accetate.
• Press the Mel Tatttoo Tranfer face down on skin.
• With demp a cloth , press and hold until Mel Tattoo Transfer releases.
• Peel back the paper, then blot with a damp paper towel.
• Add any other coloring or fake blood to your liking.

Removal:

To remove use rubbing alcohol or minerasl oil on a cotton pad then discard. Wash the area and use lotion if needed.
