HOW TO USE:

1. Apply makeup as you do regularly.

3. Blend lightly with fingertips for a seamless sparkle.
4. Apply more until desired shine.

Eyes
1. Use on bare lids or over eyeshadow.

1. Apply lip liner and lipstick as you do regularly.
2. Dab Icy Glow Jelly Stick onto the center of the lips to add dimension and shine.
