Registration

Certain parts of our webshop require you to register first. After registration, we store the personal data you provide under the username you have chosen. We will not provide the data linked to your username to third parties unless this is necessary in connection with the performance of the agreement you enter into with us or if this is required by law. In the event of suspected fraud or misuse of our webshop, we may hand over personal data to the competent authorities.

Through our webshop, we offer the opportunity to ask questions by means of a contact form, where you are asked to fill in various details in order to handle your question. You choose which data you provide. The data you send to us will be retained for as long as necessary, based on the nature of the form or the content of your email, for the full response and handling of your request.

We offer a newsletter through which we wish to inform interested parties about our products and/or services. Every newsletter contains a link that allows you to unsubscribe. Your email address is automatically added to the list of subscribers.

Location data

If necessary for the service, we may collect your location data (GPS). Your consent will be requested at that time.

These location data may also be stored and processed by the provider of, for example, navigation or map software such as Google Maps, and the data may also be used by Google or Apple themselves. We use Google Analytics to keep track of how visitors use our webshop. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google to make arrangements about the handling of our data. Furthermore, we have not allowed Google to use the Analytics information obtained for other Google services, and finally, we anonymize IP addresses.

Security

We take security measures to limit misuse of and unauthorized access to personal data.

Retention periods

The personal data described above will be retained for as long as necessary to handle your orders, including warranty. After that, we retain data for up to one additional year for the statistical purposes described above. The data will then be deleted unless there is a legal obligation requiring longer retention, such as the seven-year fiscal retention obligation for payment data.

Third-party websites

This privacy statement does not apply to third-party websites connected to our webshop by links. We cannot guarantee that these third parties handle your personal data in a reliable or secure manner. We recommend that you read the privacy statement of these websites before making use of them.

We reserve the right to make changes to this privacy statement. It is advisable to consult this privacy statement regularly so that you remain aware of any changes.
