Place the desired product in your shopping cart. In the top right corner you can find your shopping cart. Click here on "Check" whether you have placed the right products and the right amount in the shopping cart. Enter a discount code and / or use your Loyalty Points. Click on "Continue to checkout". Enter your delivery address here and choose the shipping method. Click on "next" Here you choose your payment method and you will be redirected to the page of your choice After the payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail As soon as the package is on the way, you will receive a new e-mail with PostNL's Track & Trace code.
You can find a product in different ways: - Enter the desired term in the search bar, by brand, product type or color for example "Kryolan Schmink Goud" - At the bottom of the homepage is a bar with all our suppliers / brands. Click on the desired brand. - Click on 'products' in the main menu. Now click on the desired product type.
What a pity! Do you still want to order the product? Then enter your e-mail address with the relevant product and you will receive an e-mail when the product is back in stock. Occasionally it is possible that a product does not return in our assortment but that it has not yet been removed from our webshop. You can always contact us to ask if the desired product is still coming in or not.
It is not possible to reserve a product. It is possible to put products on your wish list. This way you can quickly find them on your next visit on our webshop.

- All orders can be picked up for free at our store at Kapelweg 2, Born, the Netherlands.

- All our packages outside of the Netherlands will require a signature on delivery.

Yes! We use 'Loyalty Points'. For every € 10 you spend in our webshop, you receive 1 Loyalty Point. With these Loyalty Points you can save for a discount on your next purchase. 1 Loyalty Point = € 0.20 discount on your total amount.
