Unfortunately, we can't change this after you've placed/payed for an order. This has to do with our order- and paymentsystem. Contact us to cancel the whole order and place a new order WITH the code.
Yes! Just fill in the voucher code at the check-out in the order process.
When completing your order, enter your company's VAT number. Our system checks the validity of the relevant number. With a valid, foreign VAT number, the VAT is automatically deducted from the total amount. The VAT cannot be refunded afterwars, so pay attention.
