Is the product / package still undamaged? Return the product to us in original packaging. Indicate the reason for return, order number, name and address. Make sure you always receive a proof of shipment. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the Facepaintshop. To use this right you can contact us via contact@facepaintshop.eu. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. The shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Pay attention! Save the shipping receipt until we have processed the return.
